There should be two fill holes. One for the rear end and one for the transmission. I also have a 611 B and mine sat for about 12 years until i fired her up this year and she runs great. I noticed that my transmission was slipping badly when the tractor warmed up so some advice for you is to replace the two oil filters on your 611. One is located up by the radiator and the other is located right underneath the battery tray. They are both identical and cost about 6 bucks a piece.

My 611b sat for about 10 years & when I turned it over it bent 3 push rods.May want to remove the valve cover & check for stuck valves.
