Can anyone tell me if it is possible to put pistons, sleeves, and rings in a case 300 by going in from the bottom by taking off the oil pan and the crank, or do you have to take the head off and pull the engine all the way out. I need to rebuild the block but I just rebuilt the head and put on a new head gasket and dont want completely tear down the engine if I dont have to.

The easiest way to remove the sleeves is with a sleeve puller. There are guys who make them and sell them. Send me your email address and I will send you a photo of the one I bought in action.

Best to use a sleeve puller as C. Amick states. Careful not to mar the seating surface of the top deck with the puller.
