We just bought this little SC to go with our two DC's. I don't know much about the SC's yet. The serial number tag is missing on this one. Where on the block do you find the S/N?
The steering arm has more bends than a snakes back, so I will probably do the fence post mod. to it. (just kidding). Hopefully this will look as good as our restored DC one day.

You will find the serial # in the same place as your DC's on the outside edge of the engine flange where it bolts to the transmission in the area near the bottom of the air cleaner. The first two numbers minus 4 will give you the year built.
