Stop by at "Bigotes" for lunch one day. The place looks like a dive from the outside. It's an old recycled gasoline station. The food is absolutely worth it. Very authentic Mexican food. Expect to be the only person in the place speaking English. Everyone is nice though. Cheap food, too.

Dickey's BBQ is pretty good, but not the best. My favorite BBQ place went out of business a few years back. The owner just wanted to do something different. You should be able to find outstanding BBQ.

There was a good Indian food place, called Tandoor. Again, its hidden away.

Another "MUST DO" is J.Gilligan's. The Mushroom-Swiss burger is to-die-for. The Irish Nachos are fantastic. Again, this is really a "Dive" on the outside, but the food!!! They usually have live music in the evenings. GOOD bands.

No one does wonderful BBQ nor wonderful Mexican up here in Colorado.

Drop me a line off the list, and I'll get with my wife about other places to eat, and other things to do.

Arlington is a college town- not many tractors around that area.

Todd,

I think "Arlen" is supposed to be based on "Garland"- a Dallas suburb.
