Just got a 995 with front loader and snow blower on the back. All hydraulics worked 'til I raised the snow blower all the way up. Now the loader works fine, but the rear hydraulics don't. The snow blower will not go down. What happened, how do I fix it and how do I keep it from happening again?

Hi John, you can make a power-beyond,to operate the loader and the hitch at same time. It have a plate on the rigth axle, where the remote valve is located. Under the plate, it have 3 pipes, front one for option, second one, pressure from the pump and rear one, to the hitch control valve. You make a plate with hole for the bolts and align the 2 holes, from the pump and to the valve, run the pressure ( second pipe) to the loader control valve ( IN ) port, then ( OUT ) port to the hitch control valve ( third pipe). If you want a pic, Email me. [email protected] Bernard le mcano Qubec Canada

Lets try the simple things first. I believe you have a rockshaft latch which holds the arms up. Standing behind the tractor looking foward there should be a knob with a C shaped handle just below the left side of the rockshaft. I believe it says "engage" with an arrow. It rotates around. As it rotates, it moves foward or backward (in and out)approximately every 90 degrees. Rotate it to a position so it is back towards the rear of the tractor. Mine moves about 1/2 inch in or out. When it is in, it latches the hitch up. When it is out, the hich can go down. Let me know if it works.

The raise lever has to be pull all the way back against the spring to lift the weight of the snowblower off of the transport lock pin. Otherwise you won't be able to pull the pin out.
