I have bent the dipper cylinder rod three times.
Is there anychance of getting it straightened or where is the best price for a factory rod, maybe used rod?

Hi David: If you have bent the rod 3 times, you need to check the circut relief for the dipper cly. Dont wast your time trying to straighten the rod, It will not be straight, and will damage the gland and cause leaks. Check with your C.A.S.E. dealer about a new rod and packing. Or, Find a machine shop or Hyd shop that makes cly rods. The machine shop should be able to make it cheaper than a dealer can sell it. (Price it first at both) As for a used rod, Good luck =)
If you need more info on setting the circut relief e-mail me . Tim Lucas
