A coulple of questions on 530 backhoe.

1) are their 2 springs on throttle to gov, 1 inside, 1 outside?
2) How do I check torque converter oil, and where do I fill.
3)where do I check rear end oil, and where do I fill.

May have one spring or two, was made both ways. Mine is dry clutch but I think your dipstick is on right side and you check it at idle speed. Under the seat is a large cap that has a dipstick attached. This is for the final drive (rear end) and four speed transmission.
