Best Hosts Ever is what I was trying to fit in the title.
My wife, Vicky and I just got back from a great trip to Texas. We want to thank The Great Mike Schotte and Dr.Cy Kosis for a wonderful time. We were treated like Kings and are greatful for their Texas hospitality. It sure was nice to be with people that new the shortcut to the tractor show and the best places to eat. Mike probably still has some ribs left over after our visit to The Hard 8, the best BBQ place I've ever been to. We got home Sat afternoon and had to thaw out the ice in our cooler. It was warm water when we left Missouri that morning. I had to ice pick my way to a cold soda pop on the way home. Hope to see you guys next summer. Vicky and Bruce

Bruce, Y'all are shore 'nuff welcome here anytime. I enjoyed having y'all down.

I say again if you ever get down for one of your seminars in October, call me up and we'll hit the State show down Temple way. I'll pick you up from Dallas cart you down yonder and get you back to the airport when its done. I know the chances of the October show are much less likely to get snowed out for sure. Mosquito netting would be more like it then.

It was nice to meet you at the show. I too appologize for the bad weather which certainly effected the turnout for the show. Please come back down when you get a chance you are more then welcomed.

Hey Bruce,

We certainly enjoyed having you down. I'm sorry that the show (and show weather) turned out to be such a dud.

You were almost right- the rest of those BBQ ribs were finally laid to rest yesterday afternoon! (grin)
