Case 800 oil capacity?

What is the oil capacity of a 1958 Case 800 ?
There is a little bit of white foam (moisture) on inside of oil cap and on gears gears that are visible through oil filler. Is some moisture normal or is the head gasket or something leaking.
There is never enough water in oil to change oil level it just seems to be condensation or something?
What do you think?

Oil capacity is 8 quarts and 9 with filter change... Gene

How much is the tractor getting used during these cold months? If it is not getting thourghly warmed up condensation is going to form in the crankcase. A little bit on the fill lid will probably form in below zero operating conditions no matter what you do...My experience.
