Does anyone have a Tiemken or other manufacturer's bearing part number for the clutch throwout bearing on a VAC?

How did you remove your throwout bearing? I have a 53 VAC and need to remove the bearing and fork to replace the seal in the bearing retainer behind the the throwout bearing.
