I've got what I believe is a 1952 Case VAC. It was my grandfathers. It's kinda on the ugly side, but still runs. What was the horsepower of this tractor and what is it worth today - considering mine has weak rear hydraulics, very little paint left on it, and the pto doesn't work. Reply to me. Thanks.

Hear tell the NE tests were 12.5HP drawbar and 17HP Bbelt pulley. Whats it worth? Bout $500 to $3000 depends on where you are at, but sounds like it must be worth more than that to you if it was your Grandaddy's tractor, there cant be enoungh money to buy it PETE

I also have my grandfathers 52 Case Vac. Mine is a basketcase but I would not sell it for any money. The other post on value is accurate. I plan on starting the restoration this year.

VAC is about 20 Horsepower. I don't like to say what something is worth because things are worth whatever the buyer wants to pay. To some it may be worth alot, to others nothing. I 'd say anywhere from $300-$850. Although if it was your grandfathers it probably has some sentimental value and maybe priceless to you. If I had my grandfathers tractor I sure as he-- wouldn't sell it. Just my 2 cents though
