Not sure if the Case I bought is a S or an SC. I posted a pic in the tractor photo gallery. The Serial number plate say's SC 8041474. The serial number info on this site makes it a 1954 under the S model. It has an eagle hitch, 38" rears , wide front, casting on the head is 5617A. Other questions I have are what books do you like for information about these machines? Who do you like for parts, I've seen a few things in the place formerly known as central tractor, and DonL on here talked about. The machine also came with a Lord loader, I'm planning on selling it but would like to find out more info about it. thanks J

From the looks of it with 38" rubber I would guess its a SC-4. Looks like a DC-4 front end.

This picture is of Gene Dotson's S. Your tractor looks like an SC but its not a real clear picture of the front end.
