I am looking for plans to make a tractor out of an old rural mail box. I would also like to find a tractor silhouette to make farm signs for our club.
Thanks Dave

BCDave,

There's a guy who sells these on Ebay all the time. I've never bought one- but they seem to be pretty nice.

Yeah I've seen those and they look great but as usual...I'm too chintzy to whoop out my wallet.

I like your idea about a JD tractor mailbox.

Two horizontal mail slots- sounds like a perfect use to me! (grin)

Too muh vibration. The letters would fall out. Still looking for a good use.

I've been thinking about making a mailbox out of an old tractor.

I'll definitely make it out of a JD since I can't find anything else useful about them
