I have a Case 380CK which was made by David Brown.

Previous owner replaced clutch approx 4 years agoand unit used very little.
While repairing Driveway the other day unit was working fine and gave no warning of a problem. Clutch sudddenly went out of adjustment barely able to move tractor.
Removed inspection plate and made adjustment. No signs of any fibers in bell housing.
Attempted to adjust freeplay and it began to shift and grab a little better.
Could the clutch petal have loosened on the shaft? If so how could I check and adjust the petal? Any help would be greatly apprerciated.
