OK Guys-- I have heard that there is a certain amount of engine oil that passes through the rear seal and keeps the clutch lubed. How much should be getting through, and should there be any pressure?( I pulled the drain plug while the tractor was running, and it actually blows some oil out)Or is this just from the clutch forcing the oil out while its running? Any ideas on how to guage how much oil is allowable? Any help would be great.

oil is pumped there thru the crank and the fly wheel throws it back to the pan. if it isnt leaking out dont worry it belonges there, of course when you remove the plug it will run our or be throwen out by the flywheel if running just make sure you drain that when you change oil
