There were middlebusters, planters (2 & 4 row), listers, plows (1 bottom, 2 bottom & 2 way) as well as the cultivator toolbars with available attachments such as rotary hoe, weed knifes, disk hillers, stalk cutters etc.
Incidentally, I need the two rods with springs that connect the rear cultivator bar with the bell cranks if anyone has some for sale ?

The Case-Detroit rear mounted mower, this was a variation of the Detroit Harvester that was made for Dearborn-Ford & Ferguson

I have a 1946 VAC and two row cultivators along with a 7 foot rear mount sicle bar mower. These operate off the hydraulic system not eagle hitch.
I am restoring the implements right after I find all the pieces only 800 acres to search for them.

Corey,

I'm restoring my Dad's 1946 VAC and all of his implements which, naturally, are of pre-Eagle hitch design.

I believe there is two versions of the front mounted cultivator; VCB2 adjusted for rows 34" to 48" and VCFA which adjusted for rows 40" to 48". Both included the rear sweep bar.

The plow we have is a VCMB two bottom plow which originally shipped fitted with 12" bottoms...ours has been converted to 14". The manual indicates the plow was also available in a one bottom design but I've never seen one.

Jim

Maybe the 'one bottom' is like this one. Though it has 2 bottoms only one works at a time so that you don't have lands to interfere with furrow irrigation. You plow one way with the left one and cycle the lift at the end of the field to raise the left bottom and go back with the right one which is now down and so forth. There are two more photos of this tractor on the link. I wish I had taken a rear shot that shows the bottoms.....RATS!

This is called a VCMTA one bottom two-way plow according to the vac brochure. It is supposed to have 16" bottoms and 15" coulters and there were rear furrow wheels available.

I need bearings 8 each for Allis Chalmers Disk. It's 50 years old--snap coupler 8 feet wide.
6 blades to section. Have no numbers or manuel.
