Hello Andre,

I am about to purchase a Case 310B and was wondering if I could tap into your knowledge. This tractor does not have a PTO, was a live PTO available and do you know if it is possible to install one in a 310B that did not come with a PTO. I am an International tractor person most of the time--my knowledge of the other makes is weak.

Please reply if you have the time.

Greg.

1958 and 1959 yours having a 6 starting serial number means it came from Rock Island plant in 1958. 1959 production shifted to Racine and serial # start with an 8 try E-bay or if you need manual sooner I can but you in touch with two sources of manual hunters as I call them.

Thanks for your reply. I have, as you suggested found a Manual on E-bay! The tractor is in fair to good condition and I am looking forward to restoring it. I have restored my 62 Impala and since I finished I have been looking for a new Hobby. I have a brother that collects tractors (Chalmers) and I could not pass this up when he found it. The head has been replaced, needs a new carburetor, but runs well.
