VAO CASE ???

I bought this case last year, here in wa state. the ID plate is gone,but it say's VAO on both sides of the cowling covering the radiator,if that means anything. It has live hydrolics and newidea-horn loader,this thing has a hand trip. It also has an Eagle hitch in back. Runs good. The engine is 4cyl. overhead valve engine[says VT 328on engine]I would like to sell it to someone to restore if they are worth restoring,or to work.Thanks much for any INFO. Al
