Block repair

Need some suggestions on how to repair cracks between sleeves on a s c case. this is on the top of the block between #2 cyl and one between #3and 4. Can be drilled out some and welded? thanks for your help.

Thats right John. I have done that with J B Weld and it did work. Thats all I would do. Just make sure you don't have it too high on there. Elliott

Hey Bill; I've gotten pounded on this before, but if it were mine, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. There is no combustion out there. It's sealed by the head gasket. If were mine, I would clean it good and fill it with JB Weld. Sand it back down. Good Luck.
