Went to an estate sale looking for red tractors and stuff, and ended up buying 3 John Deere #30 powered combines, two cotton trailers and three trailer loads of JD and Case parts. Including fenders, engine blocks, wheels, tires, starters, radiators...you name it. Now that I have come to my censes, I have to get it together and figure out what this stuff fits. Don't have much of a clue. I will be listing the combines on the photo ad site soon. The rest..who knows. My son and I had a ball walking around this old 90+ acre farm that looks/looked like a farm equipment grave yard. Could not resist, as the owners were going to cut up for scrap what ever did not sell.

Hi;
came across your post, and looking for old case parts for a model c. If you come across an intake manifold with the heater box, thats still intact, please let me know. It looks like a normal intake, except there is a box around the vertical tube that the carbuerator bolts to.
good luck

Hey C-Case. You are talking to a real novice. I have NO idea what it would look like. There was a LOT of Case and JD stuff. But I will try to see if we have anything that looks like that. Like I said, it was a moment of "brain freeze", I have no idea what I was looking at, or hauled off, just could not let it be cut up, or halued off for junk/scrap. There still was many tons left, just could not haul it all off.

You would have gone home with a lot less if you had told Paul and I how to get there! (grin)

What kind of Case parts did you get? What did the DC sell for?

Hey Mike; How'd you miss a sale so close to home?? Well, at least closer to you than me.

The DC, that the engine was free turning, not stuck. Bad tires, live PTO, hydraulics. Not to bad overall, sold for $375. You name it, (I can't, don't have much of a clue), we got fenders, starters, carbs, manifolds, etc. Just don't know what they fit, but could not let them be hauled away as scrap. This is what is going to happen to the rest of the old "stuff", this coming week. Dirty shame, but we could not haul it all. Was probably 20 tons of "stuff". No kidding!

Hey John. You can breath now. NO it had a hand clutch and a narrow front. But I think, very restorable. The heavy old cast iron grill was neat.

Hi Bill. As I said in previous posts, I am a REAL novice. I do not know what it even looks like. If you can send me a picture, or send me where I can go to see an up close picture of one, I will look in all the stuff to see if there might be one. You can also email me if you wish.
