CC wheel colors?

just what are the right wheel colors for a 1938 CC? I can see some red inside the hub of the extensions but what about the tire rims front and rear?

If rims are demountable they are black. Wheels are red.If the rims are cast as part of the wheel they are red.

The wheels and rims should both be red. I just used IHC red on mine. Close enough match to the real thing.
