Just got a 430 Construction King loader tractor from girl friends father. Wants me to do some minor repairs and sell for him. Power steering looks to be low on fluid. Can any one tell me what fluid I should use to refill. Also tractor has no 3 point hitch or PTO. Any one know what its worth. Is this common with the 430 ag model. Don't really want to buy a manual for it unless I was keeping it. Thank's

Gas engine. Transmission shift pattern on top of trans shows 4 forward gears (maybe 5) and one reverse. Cannot get it into reverse position. Lever on the side is forward/reverse lever (reverse is forward and forward is rearward), I think. Brought it home last Sunday. Haven't yet had time to play with it. Will put in a new battery tomorrow and try it out. Tractor had been sitting for a couple of years. Did run it long enough to get it onto the trailer, but battery won't hold a charge.

In steering use Case TCH fluid or trans./hyd. fluid. Just don't overfill or will blow out vent and make mess.
