Howdy fellas,

Seems there was a bit of lyrical fun while I was away. I saw a few tractors on the drive- but nothing old except a few 8N Fords.

I guess it's a good thing that I didn't go to Kansas, or everybody here would have been singing "Wichita Lineman". (grin)

For the benefit of Todd, Baggsy & Les- here are the lyrics in their entirity (gotta love the Internet):

Galveston

Galveston, oh Galveston, I still hear your sea winds blowin'
I still see her dark eyes glowin'
She was 21 when I left Galveston

Galveston, oh Galveston, I still hear your sea waves crashing
While I watch the cannons flashing
I clean my gun and dream of Galveston

I still see her standing by the water
Standing there lookin' out to sea
And is she waiting there for me?
On the beach where we used to run

Galveston, oh Galveston, I am so afraid of dying
Before I dry the tears she's crying
Before I watch your sea birds flying in the sun
At Galveston, at Galveston

It's good to be home again. Too bad tomorrow is Monday! -Schotte

Glad you had a safe trip. We have been shelling corn and listening to Glen Campbell music in the combine.

Glad you made it back in one piece.

Now, ..... if you happen to go to Sweden you can bring us back some ABBA.

Ditto on the monday bit. I've been psyching myself up all day in preparation for returning Monday morning to the current state of lunacy that we exist in these days at F5.
