611-B won't start - HELP!

I'm new to the tractor world. Just bought a 611-B (you can see it on the tractor picture link). It started for a couple of weeks or so just fine. The other day, I pulled the choke out and turned the engine over. it tried to start and then stalled. It hasn't started since. I smell gas when cranking the engine. I replaced the plugs. There is spark - though it doesn't look to be that strong of a spark. The exhaust cover is flapping - so there is compression to some level.

Fuel + Spark + Air = running engine - but it doesn't even give a note of starting.

What should I be looking for?

Try manually holding the throttle butterfly closed while cranking. I've had the problem with a 511 and a 351 that they would stay open too much and not start

Thanks. My son worked the choke in and out a few times - and the tractor started perfectly. I think the chock was stuck closed, but I haven't looked into it more.
