Case S Potential

I was wondering if anyone has built up a Case S. Is there any pistons with a bigger bore a person can use without to much work. Would like to keep original block and build it up on the inside. Another idea would be installing a V-8??? What I have heard about the S it does have a good drive train on them. I think the biggest problem would be length. So if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.
Thanks

An SC with doomed 3 11/16 pistons will have 171 ci, and will have 36.00 hp verses 27 with 3 1/2 pistons. compression will go from 5.7 to 6.6.

With aluminum oversized pistons, you can get a little more displacement and turn a higher r.p.m. It will give you close to 30 horsepower. I don't know what an "S" model weighs, but the problem with the "SC's" is that the tractor weighs too much for the amount of horsepower it puts out to be competitive. I think the "D" or "DC" model might be a better choice for pulling. Besides, I hate to see you mess an "S" model up by installing a V8.

There was the factory upgrade, from 3 1/2 to 3 5/8 inch pistons. It upped the horsepower some, but nothing like a V-8. Let us know what you drop in it!
