I have a CC Case, and I believe that the engine block has been replaced with one from another tractor. If my info is correct, the block came from a CC4, and I want to confirm the serial number to the build sheet.

Serial Number 4204868

The "original" tractor was sold to a suburb of Cincinnati Ohio, and was intended to pull a milk wagon. It has a VERY fast 3rd gear, and at full throttle, it will go about 40 MPH. (It's a wild ride)

I think i know where the original block is for it, and if I can get the original serial number, I may be calling on you again.

Thank you very much!!

Hey Tom,

You got me interested about those "fast" gears. No such part number in the DC parts catalog... that part must have been retired by the time they changed over to the 4-speed on the "D" models.

Don't have a "C" parts catalog yet- but someday I will!

I sent you my e-mail awhile back, but I don't have your address yet. Could you drop me a line?

My e-mail is [email protected]
