Hooked up a planter, and the monitor from the planter indicates "low voltage" - apparently too low - not enough power to blow the corn seed into the ground. Voltage regulator tested good. Generator tested good. Wires look ok. What's going on? I'm missing my corn planting window. Thanks.

You should use a voltmeter to trace the wires. If the corn planter is a 'vintage machine' there may be a problem with the ground contact in your battery circuit or in the wiring to the mechanism that launches your corn seed. When in doubt, clean all contacts with steel wool and reconnect.
