A friction disc for the throttle on a 135 Massey Ferguson worked fine on my Case 400.

Gary, do you mean that block on the right side of the engine? I just looked at mine and appears to have no material. Just a perfect fit of metal to metal that slides. Or is there some thing else back under the tin work?

no this is where tension is held on the throttle handle. if you follow the shaft down right under the dash sheetmetal there is a spring tensioned disc which in between some sort of material is usedwhen I heated up the disc a little had sort of the smell of cork!!

When I put my 351 back together the friction disc I got from the dealer was a cork one

I used a piece of inner tube on my 830.

I used some cork gasket material from the hardware store for my restoration. Works wonderfully!
