What is a 1943 SEC worth?

My friend is looking to see what a 1943 Case SEC is worth? Did they even make a SEC or is it really a SC? Was wondering if this is a rare tractor or anything special about it or is it just a typical older tractor. thanks.

You wili have to give us more information on the condition and location of the tractor before we can give you an accurate price. The prices of 1943 SC's range from $300 to $1,200 or so.

I've never heard of a Case SEC model. The SE was the model "S" 'engine' unit... and it's possible that somebody put an "SE" block into an "SC" tractor.

There's also an "S-EX" which was the export version of the standard model "S".

Let us know what you find out.
