Looks like my 25/45 project may make it in full dress and detail. Tractor is in full primer, new fenders and radiator are installed. Much detail work to go. New custom rear lugs will be the next thing along with a new starting gas tank and reworking the air washer..... lots of things to do in the next 4 weeks. Searhed the original Case pics, they show lots of accent stipes we hope to dup. The paint samples have been nailed down to a perfect match, from original paint chips from the tractor. Work work work .....
Hope all can attend that can!!
Don L.

Don, are you gonna run that giant in the tractor caravan, (just kidding). Maybe one of those Detroit/Case deals???
Looking forward to seeing you in August.

Don L-glad to hear the good news and looking forward to meeting you at the show. Bruce, called Craig Mattson and told him about the caravan and offered my 511B if his John Deere won't start. I can't make the caravan because we are going straight to WI (from Washington) for a family wedding that weekend. Will see you at the show, though.

Don, I have a chance to buy a brand new set of sleeves and pistons for my '44 SC. Some over $500 is the price. Is that a good deal?

All kits will work except the last year built. They have 2 O rings on the sleeve, where the rest have one in the block. The price is realistic.
What bore size is it?

Don't know the bore size and I've just had to regroup. Seems they don't have the pistons but could have them in a few days. Unfortunately the cost for the whole shooting match is over $1000 :( Looks like I'm back to looking for one sleeve and one piston. Can you help me?
