I am working on a project that I should NEVER have started! I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a set of over sized bearings for the connecting rods. I have been on one heck of a hunt for them. I can make the main bearings work because of the shims, but not the connecting rods. Also, I need to get exhaust elbow, and have not been able to find one that does cost what I paid for the whole tractor! Any help?

Hey Andy, don't get to up tight ... it's just an old tractor (well, I assume it's an old tractor). Why not take a break from it for a week or so, do a bit of reading or something and then get back at it. If the parts you need are too expensive right now, work on something that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg like some tin bashing or scraping or painting, etc. Maybe redo some wiring. Then get back into it and things will go better, guaranteed. Meanwhile, ask a ton of questions here, there are a lot of guys who know Case tractors better than the guys who built them I think and a lot of them (not me) hang out here.
