Mark, Those filters are still available from the dealer. They are ceramic. I special ordered two last year. Here's the deal, you will have a cardiac arrest when you find out how much they cost. The one's I ordered were $28.00 each. Had an old junker that had been open to the elements for a long time so I figured having the filter was better than having a lot ot trash getting to the o rings in the hydraulics. The o rings are cheap but the backer ring which supports the o ring are $9.00 each and the time to tear down the rocker arm assembly. If you have any questions feel to contact me. I will try to get the modern number off the box at the farm today maybe that would help.
Jim

Start with the dealer first. I was able to get a new trans filter & O rings for an 800B ('59) for a reasonable price. Remember that some dealers were Case and some were IH before the merger. Each knows the original line best.
