I have a late model 930CK w/ 8Speed Trans. & Draft-O-Matic. I changed out the old style Case Quick Disconnects on the remotes but it is not working. I have never had it working but the fellow I bought it from says he used it. Fluid is OK and when activating one of the remote shifters, the hose jumps momentarily like there is a hydraulic lock. It tries and then you can hear it bypassing. Does the Draft-O Matic need to be in any particular position or is there some other control I'm overlooking??
Thanks for any help!

Sometimes you can mix up different fittings and this may cause the poppet on the end to not make contact. Check to see that they are the same brand and type.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE UPPER CONNECTORS ARE A PAIR AND THE LOWER CONNECTORS ARE THE SECOND PAIR. NOT THE RIGHT HOSES OR THE LEFT ONES. HOPES THIS TAKES CARE OF YOUR PROBLEM.
IF THE CONNECTORS ARE A PROBLEM, YOU SHOULD SEE THE HOSES MOVE UNDER PRESSURE.

I am using one hose to operate a bat wing mower. I"m using pressure to fold it and then let gravity lower it. All the hoses show signs of pressure applied it"s like it locks up as soon as pressure is applied to the mower. The wings move a couple of inches. When I reverse the lever the pressure is relieved and the wings travel back down the two or three inches. Thanks. I appreciate the advice.

I'll overlook the fact that you took off the best coupler ever made, real CASE couplers. Don't throw them away. The CASE Hyd's work best with 2-way cylinders. Is your cylinder a vented, 1 way cylinder? It should work if it is.

Thanks John for the reply. The Case couplers, I guess, were the old style and would not fit the " standard " fittings we have in this area. The cylinder is a two way but I just attached it to one pressure line. I plugged it into my neighbors Kubota remote and it worked fine. I'll try and retrieve the couplings. I know two of them were broke or had the retainer balls missing.

If the hose is jumping, then it seems as though pressure is getting to the ram, & it should do what you want. It makes no difference where the Quadrant lever is.

Thanks guys !! I stuck a gage in the remote and got only 1000PSI. I guess I'll start there. The aftermarket book says 1600-1750PSI. A dealer says 2500PSI. Comments ??

Barryfromia & Geomo have good points. Also, pressurue oil needs to be dumped back to sump when lowering a 1 way cyl. The older case hyd"s worked better with 1/2" hyd hose. I have no problem with ISO couplers.
