Yes I am running the loader from that three way valve. How do you gain access to the line from the control valve to the three way valve?

Remove the pto housing. Make sure the hydraulic sender manifold is removed from the belly of the housing if equipped. Remove the hydraulic pump and pressurize the line with air. You will need a blow gun with a rubber tip. Then listen to see if you can hear air escaping. The Orings on the manifold in front of the control valve may be blown too. You have to remove the rock shaft assembly to get at them. Remove the separetor plate from behind the hydraulic pump as well. You will see the hydraulic lines more clearly then.
