I am considering buying my friends Case 300 and would like some info on this tractor. Does it have live hydraulics and pto? It needs the 3 point arms; are they hard to find? How about parts in general? Can you get a power steering kit for this tractor? It has the automatic(?) transmission; are they reliable? This tractor would be used for snow removal and mowing and was just wondering if they are a good, dependable tractor. Thanks for any info!

all 300-300B had std. trans. only 400B's had case-o-matic trans. (300 had round grill, 300B-400B had sqaure grill with headlights)

I don't know much about them "newer" ones but I would sure like to own one of them if the price was right. I bet you won't find too many bad things said about that model.
