I hooked up my '52 DC to my mounted 3-14 Case plow and found the front too light to go uphill. The only identification on the plow is a number T1248 on a casting on the top. How do I weight it down or do I have to get a different plow? The pictures I have seen do not show tractors with any front weight added.

Does your DC have the original cast wheels on the front? We never had much problem with ours being light on the front Those cast wheels are very heavy. Short term solution might be to put fluid in the fronts also.

I spent hundreds of hours on a dc with a fully mounted 3-16's plow, never needed additional front end weight. In fact a 300 case with 3-14's fully mounted plow did not need additional weight on the front end either.
