A 930 rpm's is 1600 maybe up to 1800 I believe a 1030 should not be much more. 32 degrees seems to far advanced, 25 to 27 should be about right. Make sure your rack in the pump is free. also all filters good, and good fuel flow. I had corn silage in my tank and it restricked flow. altough running lean it smoked like crazy and wouldn't pull your hat off.

I don't think its what your missing its what you need to lose. The electric fuel pump is more than likely holding pressure through your injection lines.

Are you getting smoke? If so what color?

Check fuel supply pressure. Your injection pump should be a Bosch inline type, don't have the exact spec's but you need app. 15-20 psi supply press. I'm not sure you can get that w/ an elec. pump. Also, 3,000 rpm seems far too high, should be around 2,200. Hope this helps!
