I looked at an old Case tractor. Behind the gear-shift it said VT207. Can anybody tell me where to look for a serial # or model #? It is a four cyl overhead cam gas engine w/a coil. It has an aftermarket bucket loader [small], a rear pto.

Could be a VAC 14 or 13. That's what I was hoping this one I looked at today would be but no such luck. It was in Plymouth, BTW, which is the town I work in.

Just about everything but the sheet metal will interchange on these 2 vac's. I have run into that working on a vah. there are a few differences in the torque tubes, but nothing that will hinder it from working. No one would ever know unless they really knew what they were looking for. As far as the engine, there is a slight difference in the way the throttle linkage bolts up along the distributor side of the block, other than that interchange almost anything as you please.
