Anyone Know What a Case 1395 is?

Nieghbor picked up a Case Model 1395 at a gov't surplus auction yesterday.

We think it was used by the Air Force to brush snow of the runways.

Has diesel engine, tag says 70 hp, appears to be a 1970' vintage.

Someone there told him they thought it was made by David Brown for Case. Is marked as a Case.

This model number not listed in the Case serial number listings.

Anybody know more about this tractor.
