I don't know how to operate the mag on my Case Model C. Which way is starting, clockwise or counterclockwise on the advance/retard control? And is there a kill switch? Thanks for any help!

All the way counter clock wise should kill the engine. As you turn it clockwise from there it starts advancing it. If you turn it all the way clockwise it should be fully advanced. If there is no place to hook a ground wire or peice of metal to ground it. The kill should be all the way counter clockwise. Please wait for a nother post to conferm this I don't want to break your arm. Jonathan (JJK) Salvage
