How do you tell the difference between a VAC-13, and a VAC-14? I have a 1953 Case VAC serial #5656529, and I would like to know which model I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a plain old VAC. Number designations were not used until after 1953. Good luck!

prior to 54, they were not given the 13,14, etc designation. The VAC 14 came out in 54 and 55 only. these are the years for the 11 single front,12 dual narrow front,13wide adjustable front,14 wide adjustable front with lowered seat and platform and 28 inch rears only and a faster road speed,15 wide nonadjustable front, lowered seat and platform and orchard grove tractor designation.
