I need a good working Hydro pump for my vac. No Junk. I'am just looking for something to put right on my tractor and plug it in to work. I getting really tired of getting junk ones from bone yards. The snow is really coming down and thats my plow tractor. Any suggestions would be greatful.

Brian,
The balls in the bottom of the pump should be free to move, and are supported with springs. Also, you should have a check ball forward of the relief valve. Have you tried opening the pet cock to bleed and prime the pump? Make sure the pistons are free to move and engaged with the cam.
