Lets see if I can get this right so it makes sense. I have a Case 400 that someone had put a radio on. The problem is,that it worked just fine until I gave the tractor a tune up. Now I can hear the ingnition noise over the radio. Here is what I did for the tune up. Points, condenser, cap, rotor, plugs, and plug wires. At first I thought it could be the plugs, because I used non-resister type plugs,so I put the old ones back in. Still the same,so then I suspected the plug wires, because I put on the wire core type.I looked at the old wires, and they were the same kind I just put on. Now I was wondering what my next move should be? I might try putting the old wires back on tomorrow, but I can't see where that would help. Any ideas?

I suspect your old wires were resistor type and not solid core like the new ones. Try them again and see. I can't think of any other noise suppressor that would be on it. Since you made the changes you would have seen them. I run my LA with solid core wires but my wife doesn't want me running it while she's trying to watch TV.
