The 3pt. drops after shutting tractor off by itself also in the up position with tractor running it keeps going up and down about 4 inches. Can anybody shed a light on this? Thank you

Your lowering valve is stuck open. The draft sensing is trying to keep it up, but the leaking valve is letting it go down. Valve is behind the small plate on the side of the 3 pt. valve under the platform, under the seat.

Would the lowering valve be dirty or would this have to be replaced? I have an I&T manual and was looking at it, the shuttle valve comes out also from under that cover, correct?
