Hey Wilson,

Where in Arkansas? That's my part of the world. Here on a job? Hope you enjoy your time here. We'll treat you so many ways you'll have to like some of them.

Have a good one.

Andy

Well to tell the truth, as my wife wanted a divorce for my christmas present, I am in saratoge, 20 miles from texarkana, . I came down as a detour on the way to help wilson2 plant corn. Got off the road at salina kansas as I recall. My constant companion Peach ,my dog, left her favoret toy here in arkansas. There for when the corn was planted I naturly had to drive back down here to get the toy. I should be able to leave in another few weeks. Likely the dog and I will be accomplined by the lady of the house also.I would also take this oppertunity to recommend the web site farmers only to any other agricultural folks finding themselves alone.

I was also at the sale today.Only the 400& 800 were running and a lot of the tractors were stuck. That hurt the sale of the tractors. You could tell that the tractors were in good running order at one time and I'd bet most of them will be gotten running easily.I would have liked to bought a few tractors, but I dont have any barn room.I was next to last bidder on several that were selling to low.I bought 3 items:EH 3-16 $90,CC 36" centers/split rims good cond$150,case trail type mowing machine manual lift $140. Other items I watched:52 dc eh $675,The SC's looked better than the DC's and brought $325to800.LI $1700,C $1900,CC wf $800,Parts-DC hoods 30,80,80,CC/DC4 wf 325?,Case 10'roller 125,EZ flow 150,EH 4 bottom plow 110,200 baler 100,4 wheel rake 75.I may be off 1 bid on some of these items as its hard to keep up.If there's anything in paticular you want to know about I wrote most of the prices down. All in all a nice auction that was over before 3 oclock with a lot of neat Case stuff.

I did not write down the exact prices on the CC's, but they ranged from approximately $350 to $875. The one with cultivators and the one on rear steel both brought over $850. A incomplete/parts CC on rear steel sold for $425. I came home with a not stuck DE power unit off of a combine, a DC head with manifold, SC air cleaner, and a IH mag.
