Napa parts # for steering u joint.

Does anyone have the napa or any other # for the u joint on the steering on a 431 case.the case # is UTA3227. The bushing in the sterring shapt are casde #G10741 and it has two in it .They are 50.00 a piece at case. I belive they are 1" inside by 1 and 1/8" outside. Thanks for any help>>>>> Arch in KY

Arch,Take the old joint to napa,or different parts store for a match up.Some trucks may use the same ujoint.

I seldom deal with my local Case dealer. Just the name being said makes it jump in price higher then one can reach many times.

A Bearing store should be able to measure and match u-joints. My casting was worn out of round. I had it bored for oversize bushings I purchsed at a bearing store. If I recall correctly the bearing store could not match up the bushings if I could have used them? Best wishes, Dennis....
