930 hydraulic problem--help

Hey guys my 930 comfort king is giving me fits.Some times the hydralics work great and some times they will not work at all.I changed the fluid and filter.The pump is a rebuilt one.Think the screen is plugged?How do I get at that?Valve sticking?Thanks Mike

I have one that does the same thing - can"t figure out why... Some days it"s fine, and some days they just won"t work. Weirder yet, the remote hydraulics work fine no matter what, so I"m totally stumped.

Any and all suggestion would be appreciated! Brian

u guys aint gonna belive me but it may be the hyd. pump. hade the same problem gave me fits. hyd. pump easy to change. back of tractor near top link hole. 6, 1/2" bolts takes it off slides off of splined shaft. cost about 160 bucks with a rebuildable core. still available from case
