Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Nice paint job, but I don't think I would buy one unless it has had a boiler inspection. Whether the inspection results were good or bad, at least you know what you are buying.

I'm not sure but I think most states require an Inspection and Hydrostatic test performed before you can use it.
