Told you guys awhile back bout a 520 Case,well today I went and verified what it was.Snow was 5ft deep when i first saw it and i only had sneekers on{dont get out of car much up here in the winter}so i didnt look it over too much,only then at a distance.It is indeed a 520,was running last summer and parked and covered.Looked it over good,4spd,foot clutch rotary inj.pump,reallynice tin and grilland good radiator.Found out it originaly came from Pease AFB in N.H.Tires were also all up so what the heck.I forked over 1200clams for a case 520 ser.no.8040872.Will go good with my 2 JDs,830comdiesel and MH Pony. Nope.Aint like one on ebay. Ive got Wendel,s 150 yrs of Case and is like the 500 only heavier front axel.Mine also has a very heavy pintle hitch on back with heavy Frink plowframe under it. Hoss

That tractor was probably one built especially for the Air Force. The Park and Recreation Department here in Great Falls, MT, has one they use to move a stump grinder around town.

I was wrong because I didn't read his post thoroughly; I too thought it was a 530 series unit, not a 500 derivative.
