I am getting ready to paint my lower frame and motor and wheels with that red. Sure looks more orange then I thought it would. Interesting!
You say you used hardner on the last spray on it?

Larry
The picture is a little orange but up close it looks good. I tried other brands and they were flat and dull. I did put red primer on 1st two coats but that shouldn't of had any thing to do with the paint. I also did a Farmall A and it came out nice with the Tisco paint.

I put 2 coats on the tractor and then a light finish coat with the Acrlylic hardner added in a 1/2 pt runs about $16 and you don't need much for a light finish coat. The auto body guy said to wait 30 to 40 day to pt a wax job on her. here is my e mail if you need more info Frank

What color is that on it? Nice looking tractor. Does it run as good as it looks?

She is painted a Flambeau Red Gloss from Tisco with Acrylic hardner in the last coat. She ran when I brought her home 4 years ago and burns alittle/some oil. Not enough to warent a engine rebuild though. Drives nice and I can start it with the crank. Nest is the decals and fenders to repair.

Thanks Frank
